Urban Restoration
www.urbanrestoration.orgUrban Restoration's focus is to provide hope and healing to communities. As the tide of risk factors: crime, drugs, gangs, and abandonment increases, The Urban Restoration remains committed to strengthening the ministries that will meet the ever-increasing needs of lost and hurting people.
Since 2007 Urban Restoration has partnered with ENHEART Publishing in fluid reciprocal community outreach services. Urban has sponsored copies of the social-inspirational memoir, "Making Sweet Lemonade" to youth at the Barium Springs Home for Children, as well as to families of Charlotte's inner-city West-Side communities, and sponsored ENHEART's Case Study Analysis Intro for Human Service Professionals & Educators.
Additional training services are provided to Urban clients, via ENHEART's partnership.
The Empowerment Project, Inc.
The Empowerment Project, Inc. and ENHEART formulated a win-win partnership for the benefit of empowering women and families in 2006. The foundation has collaborated on sourcing funding for "Making Sweet Lemonade" book donations for homeless and foster youth in the Greater Atlanta area, aging out youth of the Barium Springs Home for Children, Brisbane Academy's South African Mission, as well as the local Belmont Center Library.
The owners of the two organizations also share a common hands-on collaborative to provide product and training services to women impacted by domestic abuse, and co-facilitate the Making Sweet Lemonade Personal Development Seminar Series, providing both literary and artistic components.
